While I agree with the majority of what the author states, I do see exceptions to their answers. For instance, some of the answers are impractical for small-to-medium-sized businesses. Not everyone will have an employee with a marketing background. In that instance, it would be best for the entrepreneur to handle all social media marketing. Additionally, unless the business owner felt a strong need to do so, it is impractical to expect multiple timed posts per day to each social media resource used. One way to assist with this issue is to use a blog that one posts upcoming events, sales, promotions of any kind. After that, the owner would post links to the blog on the various social media sources via an auto-poster plugin.
